Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
If your product needs cleaning, we recommend using a damp cloth and wiping the product clean. We do not recommend machine washing or the use of detergents.
If a Bowhurst product is listed as ‘Out of Stock’, we will also list an expected back in stock date. Just because a product is listed as ‘Out of Stock’ on the Bowhurst website, it is possible that an authorised stockist has the product in stock. For more information, please contact us.

Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the following working day.
We process orders Mondays - Fridays except for Bank Holidays or National Holidays. The following UK & US Holidays are days when we do not ship:
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Labour Day, May Day Bank Holiday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, August Bank Holiday, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving

Shipping estimates vary depending upon location.
Currently, mainland US orders are shipped and delivered within 5-8 working days. UK orders are shipped and delivered within 3 working days.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for rest of the world deliveries.
We do not issue tracking numbers with order confirmation receipts. In most cases, we are able to track a shipment upon request. We will implement this in the future. If you need to track your order, please contact us.

Yes. All payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe take security extremely seriously and exceed industry standards.
